Qualification Requirements include:
(a) Financial Capability The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the following financial requirement(s): The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence of their financial standing. Alternatively they shall include a letter from a reputed bank indicating their financial status which will include their ability to perform the contract of magnitude equivalent to the quoted price. (b) Experience and Technical Capacity i) The bidder shall be either manufacturer of main equipments included in the lots or a duly authorized distributor/retailer/dealer. (ii) The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that they have successfully supplied, installed and commissioned same or similar nature of equipments during last five years. The list of supplied equipments shall include: -Name and address of Purchaser with email address/phone No -Contract no and date. -Equipments/items ordered/supplied with their respective quantities. -Scheduled delivery date and actual delivery date. -Details of Complaint, if any, received from the purchaser about the performance of the Equipments/items. (c) The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that the Goods it offers meet the following requirement: (i) They will be of standard quality/make and will be fully suitable for the intended purpose. (ii) The bidder shall confirm the availability of spare parts and after sales service for the following equipments: Lot No Serial Nos. of items of lot for which availability of spare parts and after sales service is required. 2 Items 1 (Sl. 1 to 4, 16, 37, 56, 61) & Item 2 (Sl. 1 to 8, 20, 21) 3 All Items 4 All Items 5 All Items 6 All Items 7 All Items 8 All Items The bidder shall provide the address of the dealer/agent for verification or confirm that the bidder will establish the above services within 30 days of notification of award. If the bidder does not have the above services he may quote separately for setting up of the above |
