Correctional Service Canada requires the professional services
of a contractor to provide Physiotherapy Services. The
contractor must provide an estimated 2 clinical sessions per
week, and must also provide all other services listed in the
Statement of Work. The services must be provided to
Correctional Services of Canada, in particular at Dorchester
Penitentiary, Westmorland Institution and Shepody Healing
Centre, Dorchester, New Brunswick. The period of the contract
is from 01 August 2008, or date of award, to 31 July 2009, with
options available to extend the period of the contract for up to
2 periods of 1 year each.

At bid closing, the contractor's proposal must be supported by
proper and adequate detail to demonstrate meeting the following
mandatory requirements:

-proposed personnel must be capable of providing bilingual
services (English and French);
-proposed personnel must have a Bachelor's degree in
Physiotherapy from a recognized university;
-proposed personnel must be registered as a physiotherapist in
the province of New Brunswick and be a member in good standing
with the New Brunswick Association of Physiotherapists.

This requirement contains a security clearance.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages.
Delivery Date: 01/08/2008

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
