The U.S. Government is performing a space analysis to determine the prevailing availability of office space within the following delineated area: North: Sunrise Boulevard; South: Nova Drive (S.W. 24th Street); East: University Drive; and West: Flamingo Road (S.W. 124th Avenue). The Government has a potential need for 135,000 rsf to 165,000 rsf in the area. If the Government determines to need this requirement, the space must be available for occupancy May 2009 and provide plenty of parking in order to accommodate large volumes of visiting people.
