HONDURAS PC&S, Turbine Fuel, Aviation Jet A1 with blended additives (FSII, CI and SDA), NSN: 9130-00-753-5026, ASTM D 1655 (Latest Revision), Estimated Quantity: 2,700,000 USG; High Sulfur Diesel Fuel (DF2) NSN: 9140-00-286-5294, Honduras In-Country Commercial Specification, Estimated Quantity: 5,300,000 USG; Gasoline Regular Unleaded, NSN: 9130-00-148-7103, ASTM D 4814-01 (Latest Revision), Estimated Quantity: 270,000 USG. Delivery to be made to various locations throughout the Honduras province. This is a multi-year program procurement. The contract period is from 01 January 2009 through 31 December 2011. Contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a Requirements type contract, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment. All responsible sources are invited to submit offers. DESC anticipates conducting negotiations with offerors submitting proposals under the subject solicitation, but reserve the right to make contract award(s) based on initial offers submitted.
