INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The PNP PRO MIMAROPA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested parties to apply for an Eligibility and if found eligible to bid, for the -

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The Schedule of BAC Activities is as follows:

1. Submission of Letter of Intent and Pre - qualification Documents July 07-July 12, 2008
2. Eligibility Checking July 07-July 12, 2008
3. Notice of Results of Eligibility Check July 14 - 18, 2008
4. Issuance of Bid Documents July 21 - 25, 2008
5. Pre - Bid Conference July 29, 2008 2:00 PM
6. Receipt of Bids July 30 - August 08, 2008
not later than 5:00 PM
7. Opening of Bids August 12, 2008 2:00 PM

Prospective Bidders shall submit the Eligibility Requirements and Letter of Intent to the BAC Secretariat, PRO MIMAROPA, Camp Vicente Lim, Laguna. The Opening of Bids and Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Office of the Regional Director, PRO MIMAROPA. They may also obtain the result of the Eligibility Check by the BAC at the same address.

Interested parties are requested to coordinate with the BAC Secretariat for the checklist of Eligibility requirements. However, Bidding Documents will be issued only to bidders declared by the BAC to be eligible for the bidding.

The BAC PRO MIMAROPA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder(s).
