II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Peabody Trust
owns an existing estate with approx. 250 Victorian flats in Pimlico in
London. The project which is the subject of this notice is for: The
demolition of two empty residential blocks and a garage block at one end
of the estate The design (RIBA Stage F onwards) and construction of 55
flats and associated community facilities at one end of the estate The
design (RIBA Stage G onwards) and installation of open space and security
works to the whole estate The works will be undertaken under a Design and
Build Contract and shall comply with the consented planning application of
April 2008.
