Letterkenny Army Depot intends to solicit for the purchase of a service for a Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment required to handle, remove, transport, regenerate and return the spent carbon media contained in the three (3) vapor phase carbon adsorption units used at the LEAD GWTP as specified within this SOW. The Contractor shall handle, remove, transport, regenerate and return the spent carbon media as a RCRA hazardous waste.
