looking for an agency to manage, write, design and produce its
award-winning monthly 16-page colour magazine platform. Now in its fifth
year, platform is aimed at the company's diverse workforce comprising
manual and office workers based at over 40 locations across London. It
keeps all employees up-to-date with what’s going on across the business,
as well as celebrates success and shares best practice. So if you’re
creative, a bit quirky, and keen to produce an ever evolving magazine,
please get in touch.

VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This is Tube Lines Limited’s request for
expressions of interest in providing this service, following receipt and
evaluation of the expressions of interest received Invitations to Tender
will be issued to the acceptable suppliers.
This is Tube Lines Limited’s last call for competition i.e., this notice
is a call for competition in accordance with Directive 2004/17/EC. It is
not intended that any further call for competition be made although Tube
Lines Limited reserves the right to place further calls at its sole
discretion.
Interested parties should also note:
* Tube Lines Limited‘s conditions of contract will apply. Full details
will be included in the Invitation to Tender document.
* The contract and any matters, including the disputes, arising out of it
will be subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English Courts.
* Tube Lines Limited does not bind itself to accept any tender.
* Registration of interest in this project by any party does not guarantee
inclusion of the party on the tender enquiry list. Tube Lines Limited
shall select candidates to receive invitations to tender in accordance
with objective criteria as detailed in IV.2.1 of this Notice and in the
invitation to tender documents.
* Tube Lines Limited reserves the right to select those candidates with
whom it wishes to negotiate. This will be done on an objective basis
according to objective criteria and rules laid down by Tube Lines Limited.
* This contract falls within the scope of the requirements of the Public
Private Partnership for London Underground and award will be subject to
the provisions of the Public Private Partnership.
* Tube Lines Limited reserves the right to disqualify any candidate which:
— Provides information or conformations which later prove to be untrue or
incorrect; or
— Does not supply the information required by this notice; or
— Contravenes the criteria detailed in Regulation 26 of The Utilities
Contracts Regulations 2006.
