Applications are hereby invited from Recognized Suppliers / Contractors who' wish to register as Suppliers / Contractors for the following Goods and Services of Asiri Group of Hospitals PLC, for the year 2008/20Q9
Applicants expecting to register themselves for the supply of several: items or services should forward.-separate applications for each category by obtaining relevant application by remitting Rs. 500/- being the registration fee, to the Asiri Surgical Hospital PLC or Asiri Hospital, Matara (Pvt) Ltd. and the relevant receipts should be attached to the application. (Cheque and Money Orders will not be accepted).
Applications should be forwarded under Registered Cover to reach the under Mentioned address oh- or before 31st July 2008. Please state "Registration- of Suppliers & Contractors - 2008/2009" on the left-hand top corner of the envelope.
Though, quotations are called from the Registered Suppliers, the Group Manageress - Purchasing & Shipping of Asiri Group of Hospitals PLC reserves the right to call for quotations from those who are not registered, in an emergency.
Names of Suppliers who fail to tender quotations when required to do so or fail to supply goods or services in accordance with the relevant regulations will be deleted from the registration list without note.
Please note that those who are already registered with the Asiri Group of Hospitals PLC will have to submit fresh applications for the year 2008/2009. Late submissions will not be entertained.
However, the Asiri Group of hospitals PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without notifying any reason whatsoever.
