We are inviting tenders for International Standard Dry Core Drilling Services for the determination of the Boundaries and the Bufferzone of the Moenjodaro Site. Interested Parties are required to submit their scaled Financial and Technical proposals to the undersigned as per following specifications.
To this end the Department of Archaeotogy and Museums requires:- A satellite image and topographic map of the site.
Record with total station or Auto CAD the entire property of Moenjodaro.
In order to identify the future boundaries of the site the Department needs a cross profile in the cardinal directions by dry core drilling (80 mm) to identify the continuation of the anthropogenic under ground deposits- In addition of this diagonal drilling may also be earned out. The drilling could be set every 50-100 meters up to a depth of 10-15 meters.
Specifications: Dry Core Drilling investigation is initially required in the Moenjodaro Site Surrounding area.
Required depth of Dry Core Drilling, 1015m.
Required Diameter, 80mm (The number of holes to be drilled may be increased or decreased).
Expected Holes to be drilled at each location- 200 No.
Investigation purpose. (Adequacy of the boundaries of the World Heritage Designated area and its bufferzone).
Bidder must quote the actual time required to complete one assignment / a bore note on the site.
Undersigned reserves the right to cancel any/all the bids without assigning any reason.
