Note: Payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500/=

1) Tenders should be submitted on forms obtainable from the People's Bank Regional Head Office No. 102, Stanley Thilakaratne Mawatha, Nugegoda and Moratumulla People's Bank. Tender forms will be issued on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500/=
2) Tender forms should be duly filled signed and enclosed in a Sealed cover marked "Tender for the property sale of People's Bank" on the left hand corner of the envelope and addressed to the Asst. General Manager (Western Zone - 11) People's Bank, Regional Head Office, No. 102, Stanley Thilakaratne Mawatha, Nugegoda.
3) Sealed tenders should be sent by Registered Post to reach us before 12.30 p.m. on 15th August 2008 or be deposited in our tender box before 2.00 p.m. and Tenders will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p.m. Applicant can participate on this occasion.
4) Tender form which does not conform to the terms and conditions stipulated will be treated as null and void.
5) The Asst. General Manager (Western Zone-11) People's Bank Regional Head Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders or a part thereof.
