Sealed quotations are invited from the building owners to rent out a suitable building for the Ministry of Nation Building & Estate Infrastructure Development. The Building should have 6500 sq.ft. useable floor area and close to the Ministry Head Office No. 177, Galle Road, Colombo 03.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Procurement division of the Ministry, No. 177, Galle Road, Colombo 03 on payment of a non-refundable documentation fee of Rs. 500.00 from 8th July 2008 to 18th July 2008 between 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on weekdays.
The completed bid documents should be forwarded under Registered Post to Accountant - Procurement Ministry of Nation Building & Estate Infrastructure Development, No. 177, Galle Road, Colombo 03 or deposited in the tender box at the Procurement Division of the Ministry on or before 3.00 p.m. on 22nd July 2008.
