Sealed bids are invited from the manufacturers /authorized agents for automation of our library at Park Road Campus, Islamabad for provision of the following items.
Detailed (specifications) can be collected from office of the undersigned on payment of a sum of Rs. 1000/- in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order in favor of "COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Islamabad". All bids must be accompanied with catalogue/brochures of the items along with 2% bid bond.
Pre-bid conference will be held on July 07, 2008 at 1100 hours at the address mentioned below.
Sealed bids are required to be submitted in person/by representatives till 1100 hours on July 21, 2008 in the office of undersigned. The tenders will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders /their authorized representatives at the address mentioned below.
