Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and technical expertise to prep/paint existing walls, including doors, door frames, and fabric wall covering, for the Drug Enforcement Administration 17th to 20th floors at the Roybal Federal Building, 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA. Estimated completion: within 120 calendar days. This procurement is reserved for small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and specifications will be available on or after July 24, 2008. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically.
