Requirement

Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the
Department of National Defence including the British Army
Training Unit (BATUS) at Canadian Forces Base Suffield, Ralston,
Alberta, have the requirement for a regional individual standing
offer for the provision of all Clergy services, in accordance
with the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation, for
a one year period with an option to extend the standing offer
for two additional one year periods.
"The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.";

Mandatory Criteria:

1.    Proof of ordainment or mandated by their faith group.

2.     Proof of a minimum of two years full-time experience in
ordained or mandated ministry with             their faith group.

3.     Proof of experience in dealing with Military personnel and
their dependents.

Security Requirement:

1.    The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the
performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid
Facility Security Clearance at the level of CONFIDENTIAL, issued
by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public
Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

2.     The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to
CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must
EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of
CONFIDENTIAL, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
