The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Bay Pines VA Health Care System is seeking firms with the ability to provide monthly Emergency Generator Preventive Maintenance Services. The requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The firm must be approved under NAICS Code 811310 with a small business size standard of $6.5 Million and MUST have experience providing this type of service. The Firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective delivery of these services. Firms desiring consideration and have the skills, capability and experience necessary to perform the stated service should forward an email (ONLY) to luz.rivera3@va.gov with the following information: 1. Name and address of your firm. 2. Name, phone number and email address of point of contact. 3. DUNS number 4. Certified Business Type. This information MUST be received by July 18, 2008 by 1:00pm eastern time. Note the contractor must be registered at www.CCR.gov . Please note this is not a request for proposal.
