The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a solicitation for the construction of a Fishing Pier/Canoe Launch, located at the Rappahannock River Valley National Wildlife Refuge, in Richmond County, VA. This project is set aside for Small Business Concerns only. A SITE VISIT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED for Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at 9am. The location of this site visit is 336 Wilna Road, Warsaw, VA. Any/all interested parties are encouraged to attend this site visit and familiarize themselves with the site/project. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation issue date is on or about July 22, 2008. Bids are due no later than 2pm on August 20, 2008. NOTE: ALL WORK MUST BE 100% COMPLETE ON OR PRIOR TO OCTOBER 1, 2008. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. All requests for receipt of a solicitation package must be submitted in writing to the address above, faxed to 413 253 8450 or emailed to christal_cutler@fws.gov. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. Any request for a solicitation package shall include the company name, address, telephone number, name of the point of contact, and SHALL be identified by the solicitation number and the title shown above. The NAICS for this project is 237990; the SIC is 1629 and the Product and Service code is Y299.
