Title: 99�Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Model DETEX-100-PAC-GP Portable HPGe Identifier (Gamma and Neutron) Description(s): The Defense Threat Reduction Agency hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Advance Measurement Technology, Inc., 801 S. Illinois Avenue, Oak Ridge, TN 37830-9101 for three each High Purity Germanium (HPGe), Model DETEX-100-PAC-GP Portable Identifier along with associated parts and guarantee. The requirements will include options to acquire an additional six each over a two year period. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals nor is it a solicitation of offers. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative written response is received, the contract will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
