Defence Construction Canada – Abbreviated Proposals for Consulting Services – Supply Arrangement for Industry Advisor, Oil and Gas Exploration/Production, CFB/Wings in Alberta and Saskatchewan

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, and guidelines of the provinces and the professional association(s) in Alberta and Saskatchewan, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is requesting Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide Industry Advisor Oil and Gas Exploration/Production services on an "as and when requested basis" in response to specific tasking requested by the Department of National Defence, at Bases/Wings in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Proponents must be eligible to be registered to practice under license in the Provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan.

The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) is to select one (1) firm, who will sign a Supply Arrangement (SA) with DCC for an estimated maximum value of $750,000.00 to provide the required services for a period of three (3) years from the date of SA closing. This SA may be extended in one (1) year increments for a total maximum duration of up to five (5) years with no increase in the maximum value.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposal document. The criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise, and consultant coordination. The highest ranking firm selected through the evaluation process, including a factor for the price element, will be invited to negotiate a standing offer agreement with DCC.

This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
