The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from
qualified Proponents to provide a Business/Industry survey and report on
knowledge, skills/competencies and attitude requirements for youth and/or
new employees as described in Appendix "A" Specifications and for Manitoba
to enter into an Agreement with the Proponent whose Proposal is judged to
best serve the interests of the Manitoba Government when evaluated in
accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
