Construction a double videoconference studio

The mandate focuses on construction of a double videoconference studio at the Biosphere of Environment Canada.

Date for submission of proposals:
Proposals must be remitted August 13th 2008, at 2:00 p.m. local time

Number of copies required:
Four (4) copies of the proposal must be submitted.

Construction costs:
Construction costs are estimated at $175 000

Mandatory visit to worksite:
All contractors intending to bid are requested to attend the mandatory site examination meeting. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site, examine the drawings and discuss projects details. All contractors attending the site visit will need to present photo identification at the front desk. The site visit will be held at the following date and location, as stated below:

Interested bidders are invited to meet on July 16th 2008, 10h00 local time

You must confirm your attendance before July 14, 2008, with the contracting authority at 514-496-2617.
