- Obligativitatea prezentarii dovezii îndeplinirii si finalizarii în ultimii 3 ani a 3 contracte similare din punct de vedere valoric ( egale cu valoarea ofertata a viitorului contract ) si care au avut ca obiect lucrari similare ( P.V. de receptie la terminarea lucrarilor )
- Lista privind utilajele si echipamentele pentru îndeplinirea contractului de lucrari (Formularul 12 H )
- Declaratie privind standardele de asigurare a calitatii conform art. 191-193 din O.U.G. nr. 34/2006 - ISO 9001,14001 SI 18001
- Declaratie privind standardele de protectie a mediului conform art. 180-182 din O.U.G. nr. 34/2006
- Declaratie privind efectivele medii anuale ale personalului angajat si ale cadrelor de conducere pe ultimii 3 ani ( Formularul 12 I )
