services shall be procured:
Platform:
• Transport network and internet access.
• Land line and mobile telephone services.
• Equipment deliveries.
• System for internal and external video conferences.
• Expedient support and contact/call centre.
• Administration system for mobile terminals.
• PKI system for internal and public use.
Services:
It is vital, in order to achieve requested service level and service
quality that the infrastructure services are fully integrated with
services such as: user catalogue, internal telephone catalogue, calendar
and groupware system for absentee marking and display.
• Integrated communication services in connection with the prolongation of
the Awarding Authority’s groupware system and described integration (e.g.
“unified communications”).
• Telephony management.
• E-ID system – system for joint electronic ID for the Awarding
Authority’s employees.
• Uniform telephony services independent of terminal type.
• Integration telephone and professional systems.
• Operation and related services for video conference platform.
Operation and administration:
• Joint integrated error message point through the Awarding Authority’s
supplier of operation and user support.
• Integration with the Awarding Authority’s operation monitoring system.
• Invoicing directly to the Awarding Authority financial system at the
liability location (where relevant).
Option:
• Digital TV content delivered via the transport network.
