Sealed tenders for calling the Rates / Quotations for the routine purchase of Spare Parts of Bulldozers Agricultural Machinery, Vehicles, Tyre-Tubes and Batteries for the year 2008-2009 (as per details given in the Tender Documents) are invited from the Arms registered with the Agriculture and Cooperative Department, Government of Balochistan, Quetta, who have renewed their registration for the year 2008-2009.
The competition between father and son / brother will not be considered. The contractors should have Import License for supply of heavy machinery (Bulldozer) spare parts.
The rates should be valid up to 30.06.2009. The Tender Forms can be obtained from the Directorate General of Agricultural Engineering Department. Link Sariab Road, Quetta before 16.07.2008 on cash payment of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) (Non-refundable) per set. The offers should reach the office of Director General, Agricultural Engineering Department Balochistan, Quetta up to 16.07.2008 at 11.00 A M.
The Tenders will be opened in the office of Chief Purchase Officer/ Secretary, Government of Balochistan, Agriculture & Cooperative Department, Civil Secretariat Block No. 2, Quetta on the same day at 11.30 a.m. in presence of the interested parties or their authorized representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel / reject any or all offers without assigning any reasons thereof.
