Sealed tenders are invited from the firms/ manufacturers for the supply of material as per following detail:
Note: Material shall conform to relevant WAPDA Specifications (amended to date).
Terms & Conditions: (1) The price should be firm and final and the bidder shall quote the prices on FCS basis without invoking any foreign exchange.
(2) Tender must be accompanied by Bank Guarantee for an amount as give above valid for 180 days in the form of Bank Guarantee/ Call Deposit issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
(3) Tender form can be obtained from this office against non-refundable amount of Rs.1000/- each on any working day during office hours till a day earlier from the opening date of tender.
(4) The IESCO reserves the rights to accept or reject any tender or part thereof without assigning any reasons and increase or decrease the tendered quantity at the time of issuance of purchase order or during the currency of the contract. The validity of Tender is also extendable as considered necessary by the Company.
(5) No tender will be issued on the date of opening of tenders and the tenders will be received at 10.30 a.m. & opened at 11:00 a.m. on the opening date of tenders. The tender No. 54 to 61 will be opened on 17-07-2008 and the remaining tenders will be opened on 19-07-2008.
(6) Copy of renewal of registration with Sales Tax Department should be produced at the time of issuance of tender documented schedule.
(7) Pre-Bid conference will be held on 10-07-2008 at 10:30 a.m.
