The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Coastal Services Center, Charleston, SC, is issuing notice of intent to negotiate a sole source procurement with the Capital City Technical Consulting, Inc, located in Washington, DC to provide strategic planning and execution for environmental literacy portfolio including future curriculum and lesson plan development, use of visualization tools and data, the Bay Watershed Education and Training (B-WET) Hawai`i in the context of local and national B-WET priorities, Pacific Region environmental literacy initiatives, outreach and community events, as well as new opportunities. Capital City Technical Consulting, Inc having developed the original curriculum projects and with direct background and experience is the only responsible source. The statutory authority is 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The applicable NAICS code is 541690 with a size standard of $6.5M. Interested parties may identify their interest and must provide evidence of their capability to respond to this requirement by July 16, 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note 22 applies.
