Sealed tenders are invited from reputable firms based in Islamabad for Supply of Stationery & Miscellaneous items during the financial year 2008-09. The tender document can be collected from the office of the undersigned during office hours or can be downloaded from the websites www.ictrdf.org.pk or www.ppra.org.pk Bids may be submitted in a sealed confidential cover at the given address latest by 1130 AM on 16th July, 2008. Tender will be opened at 5.00 PM on the same day in the conference room of the company at give address in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives.
Terms & Conditions : The rates quoted by firms will remain valid till 30th June 2009.
The firm should submit a call deposit of Rs. 10,000 (refundable) in shape of pay order from scheduled bank in favor of National ICT R&D Fund with the tender.
National Tax Number/General Sales Tax registration number issued by the respective Department must be quoted in the bid.
All Government applicable taxes will be deducted from the supplier’s payment.
This office reserves the right to accept/reject/a/all bids or a portion or to reduce/increase the quantity of items without assigning any reason.
