Notification on Invitation to Bid

Vietsovpetro J.Y. has a plan to organize bidding for the bidding package for supplying spare parts for technology equipments (VSP's INQUIRY No. VT -106/08:- VSP05) in the form of international open competitive tender.
Vietsovpetro J. V. invites all bidders who have sufficient capacity, experience, and conditions to participate in the bidding for supplying Spare parts for technology equipments in year 2008.
Bidders who are interested in 'participating in bidding for the bidding package ,mentioned above may find more detailed information at:

and can buy a full set of Bid Invitation at a non-reimbursed amount of ND 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand VND) at the above mentioned address.
The time for selling the Bid Invitation is from 8 A.M (Hanoi Time), 17 July, 2008 to 8:30 A.M, 18August, 2008 (in working hours).
.The bidder's representaive who comes to Vietsovpetro J.V for getting the Bid Invitation must have recommendation letter issued by the legitimate representative of the bidder and identity
card or passport.
The bidding documents should be attached by aBid Bond issued by a legally established bank as provided in Bid Invitation with a value of USD 900 (nine hundred US Dollars) and should be attached to Bidding Document which shall be submitted to Vietsovpetro J.v. 105 Le Loi st., VungTauCity, S.R. VietNam no later than 8:30A.M Hanoi time, 18August, 2008.
The bidding documents will be publicly opened at 9:00 (Hanoi time), 18August, 2008
