Vietsovpetro Joint Venture (VSP) will organize tender package for purchasing of spare parts of cutting machine Ref: VT-3 74/08- VSP I. So, we invite Tenderers who are interested in this Tender and have experience and capabilities to participate in this Tender.
. Time to deliver Tender Document: from 8h00 14th July 2008 to 14hOO 12th August 2008.
- In the morning from 08h00 to 11h00; In the afternoon from 14h00 to 16h30.
. The closing time for receipt of Tender Proposal is 14h 00 (Ha Noi time) 12thAugust 2008.
. Tender Proposal shall be opened publicly at 15h00 on 12thAugust 2008 at Vietsovpetro Office:
105 Le Loi Str. Vung Tau City and all tenderers are invited to participate in the Tender Opening at this time.
. Legal condition for Tenderer:
+ Having financially independent Capability and Experience that meet requirements in Tender documents.
+ Tenderer's Representative who comes to Vietsovpetro for getting Tender documentation must have recommendation letter issued by duly authorized Representative of Tenderer and identity card or Passport.
