Quotations are invited for the supply and delivery of TWO (2) LATEST MODEL PROPANE (LPG) POWERED, HYDROSTATIC PROPULSION AND HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED, 1000 LITRE MINIMUM TANK CAPACITY, RIDING TYPE ICE RINK RESURFACERS for Fleet Services, all in accordance with the attached Specification 042R-60FL, the Price Schedules and the City of Toronto Fair Wage Policy and Labour Trades Contractual Obligations in the Construction Industry.

Scope of Work The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following.

Award

It is the intent of the City of Toronto to award a Contract/Purchase Order to one vendor for each Price Schedule being the lowest bidder meeting specifications for the supply and delivery of two (2) latest model propane (LPG) powered, hydrostatic propulsion and hydraulically operated, 1000 litre minimum tank capacity, riding type ice rink resurfacers for Fleet Services, all in accordance with Specification 042R-60FL.

The City, at its sole discretion may award additional units as required during the current model year based on prices provided in the additional requirements price schedule.

Upon award, a Contract/Purchase Order shall be issued to the Successful Bidder. Such Contract/Purchase Order shall incorporate or be deemed to incorporate the Contract Terms and all other provisions contained in the RFQ.

Price Schedule

Unit prices for the supply and delivery of the under noted two (2) latest model propane (LPG) powered, hydrostatic propulsion and hydraulically operated, 1000 litre minimum tank capacity, riding type ice rink resurfacers for Fleet Services, all in accordance with Specification 042R-60FL and the attached Price Schedules, delivered, including three (3) complete sets of ignition keys per vehicle, including all applicable charges, excluding all Taxes:

Response Requirements

Any Quotation received after the deadline will not be considered.

All blank spaces where prices have been requested must be legibly and properly filled in or the Quotation Request may be rejected as informal.

Bidders are asked to submit one (1) additional copy of their Quotation Response with Quotation documents.
