Scope of work:
The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following.

Award

It is the intent of the City of Toronto to award a Contract/Purchase Order to one vendor for each of Price Schedule A and Price Schedule B being the lowest bidder meeting specifications for five (5) latest model 4x4, four (4) wheel drive, 20 hp, Truckster utility vehicle for Fleet Services all in accordance with Specification 188-60FL, and options as specified in the price schedule.

The City, at its sole discretion may award additional units as required during the current model year based on prices provided in the additional requirements price schedule.

Upon award, a Contract/Purchase Order shall be issued to the Successful Bidder. Such Contract/Purchase Order shall incorporate or be deemed to incorporate the Contract Terms and all other provisions contained in the RFQ.

Price Schedule

Unit price for the supply and delivery of the undernoted latest model 4x4, four (4) wheel drive, 20hp, Truckster utility vehicle for Fleet Services all in accordance with Specification 188-60FL delivered, including options as specified, including all applicable charges and excluding all Taxes:

Response Requirements

Any Quotation received after the deadline will not be considered.

All blank spaces where prices have been requested must be legibly and properly filled in or the Quotation Request may be rejected as informal.
