Manitoba Biodiesel Distribution Support Program

The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents under the Manitoba Biodiesel Distribution Support Program to construct new or expanded biodiesel distribution and blending facilities.

Eligible Projects must be located in Manitoba and have the capability to provide the on-line blending, storing and distribution of a variety of biodiesel and petrodiesel blends.
