INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Provincial Government of Camarines Sur. through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility, if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder listed projects:

PARTICULARS ABC

Construction of Covered Court
Zeferino H/S, San Agustin, Iriga City
Contract Duration: 150 Calendar Days 1,266,862.83



Location : Provincial Government of Camarines Sur
Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur

Prospective Bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract. Have completed contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (Listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Checks/Screening as well in the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

2. 2. Conduct of Eligibility Check & Issuance of Notice of Eligibility July 10-11, 2008
3. Issuance of Bid Documents July 14 - 16, 2008
4. Receipt, Evaluation & Opening of Bids July 22, 2008 @ 2:00 PM

The BAC will issue Bidding Documents to prospective bidders at 3F Main Capitol Building Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur upon payment of non refundable amount to the Provincial Treasurer Office cashier at the rate prescribe by the BAC. The Provincial Government of Camarines Sur assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
