II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: Anglia Ruskin University requires a bulk
purchase of desk top computers. All equipment will be delivered to
University premises on a call off basis. The successful supplier is
expected to manage stock so as to prevent significant delays in delivery.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 200 000 GBP.

II.3) DURATION OF THE CONTRACT OR TIME-LIMIT FOR COMPLETION: Duration in
months: 24 (from the award of the contract).

III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT

III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Please note
there is no PQQ for this requirement. Suppliers who wish to respond should
submit the information requested in this section and the additional
information requested in the Technical Capacity section below.
Expressions of interest are invited from companies that satisfy the
minimum criteria:
1. Recent experience of supplying similar requirements.
2. An annual turnover of at least GBP 2 000 000.
3. Operate and be able to provide details of a robust Quality Assurance
System.
4. No current winding up orders.
Contractors who are able to satisfy the above minimum criteria, should
express their interest by providing the following information (as stated
below in the technical capacity) in respect of their organisation, on no
more than 20 sides of A4 in 12 pt font (excluding company reports and
accounts), prior to the deadline. Two hard copies are required.
Any contractor may be disqualified who:
a) Is bankrupt or is being wound up, or whose affairs are being
administered by the court.
b) Have been found guilty and convicted of grave professional misconduct
by a court or by any means which the contracting authority can justify,
and
c) Have not fulfilled their obligations relating to the payment of social
security contributions and/or taxes, in accordance with the legal
provisions of the countries in which they are established, or those of the
country of the contracting authority.

f) Details of how you would contribute and add value to the requirement.
