AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT FOR CONFERENCE ROOMS

OBJECT OF REQUEST FOR TENDER

This tender is for the University of Ottawa’s requirement for audio- visual equipment for videoconference rooms in Toronto and Windsor. Addenda may be added during the tender process.

Please note that this request for tender is issued in accordance with the University of Ottawa’s policies and procedures, and to the specific clauses of the tender documents.

In responding to this request for tender, the tenderer indicates that he accepts all policies, procedures, general conditions and specific conditions relating to the request for tender.

For the purpose of completing their proposal, it is mandatory for bidders to attend the site visit on July 07, 2008 at 10:30AM at 129 Louis-Pasteur Room 264. Your bid may not be selected if failure to have representation from your company. Please keep a maximum of two (2) candidates

The required audio-visual equipment shall be delivered and installed at our two (2) conference rooms, one (1) in Toronto, ON and one (1) in Windsor, ON.
