Work under this contract comprises the removal and replacement of the existing podium deck waterproofing of the Freshwater Institute, 501 University Crescent Winnipeg. Reconstruction work includes all required tie-ins, terminations, the installation of new subsurface drainage tile, and repairs / refinishing to the concrete retaining wall along the perimeter of the podium. The new surface will be pavers and will include cutting the existing curb to allow for the installation of a barrier free accessibility area.
