Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
Orice operator economic are dreptul de a participa, individual sau intr-un grup de operatori la procedura de atribuire. Ofertantul nu are dreptul, in cadrul aceleiasi proceduri: a) sa participe la doua sau mai multe asocieri de operatori economici;
b) sa depuna oferta individuala si o alta oferta comuna; c) sa depuna oferta individuala si sa fie nominalizat ca subcontractant in cadrul unei alte oferte. Se vor exclude ofertantii care nu indeplinesc conditiile prevazute de art. 180 si 181 din OUG 34/2006.In acest sens se completeaza si se autentifica notarial Formularele B0 si B1.
III.2.2)  Economic and financial capacity
Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
Indicatorul privind solvabilitatea se va calcula si se va prezenta dupa urmatoarea formula: Capital propriu / Capital propriu + credite bancare pe termen mediu si lung > 40%.
Indicatorul privind lichiditatea curenta se va calcula si se va prezenta dupa urmatoarea formula: Active circulante / Datorii curente > 100%. Se vor prezenta copiile bilanturilor contabile pe ultimii 3 (trei) ani, inregistrate la Administratia Financiara.
In cazul asocierii, informatiile solicitate mai sus vor fi prezentate de catre toti membrii asociati. Situatia economica si financiara in acest caz se demonstreaza prin luarea in considerare a resurselor tuturor membrilor asociati. In cazul in care ofertantul isi demonstreaza capacitatea economica si financiara invocand sustinerea acordata de o alta persoana, ofertantul trebuie sa prezinte, in perioada de valabilitate a ofertei, un angajament ferm al persoanei respective, legalizat de un notar public, prin care se confirma faptul ca va pune la dispozitie ofertantului resursele financiare invocate.
Acesta persoana trebuie sa indeplineasca criteriile de mai sus mentionate. Cifra de afaceri medie anuala pentru ultimii trei ani nu trebuie sa fie mai mica 3.000.000 Lei.

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
Fisa informatii generale. Experienta similara pentru activitati similare ultimii 3 ani. Fisa referitoare la un contract incheiat cu un achizitor / client va fi insotita de recomandare din partea achizitorului / clientului respectiv. Recomandarile trebuie sa cuprinda: modul de indeplinire al obligatiilor, neconformitati care au condus la refaceri totale de lucrari, receptii amanate sau respinse. Lista cu subcontractantii insotita de acordul de subcontractare, daca este cazul. Documente emise de organisme acreditate, care confirma certificarea sistemului calitatii. Declaratii privind dotarile (birouri, birotica), echipamente, mijloace de transport pe care ofertantul se angajeaza sa le utilizeze pentru indeplinirea in bune conditiuni a contractului. Informatii referitoare la studiile, pregatirea profesionala si calificarea personalului responsabil pe fiecare faza de activitate cu indeplinirea contractului. In cazul asocierii se vor prezenta cele de mai sus pentru toti partenerii asociati. Se vor remite CV-urile acestor persoane cat si a specialistilor cu sarcini cheie in indeplinirea contractului. Declaratii privind informatii cu personalul angajat si al cadrelor de conducere. Declaratie privind abordarea generala sau procedurile propuse pentru realizarea scopului contractului.

Pentru obtinerea Documentatiei de Atribuire operatorii economici vor prezenta o cerere semnata de reprezentantul legal. Numarul minim de candidati care vor fi selectati = 3. Criterii de selectie = pregatirea profesionala si calificarea personalului responsabil pe fiecare faza de activitate. Categoriile de personal mentionate la art. 13.2 din Fisa de Date trebuie sa aiba o experienta de minim 3 ani. Se vor remite CV-urile aferente.
