intends to commission an architect led design team through a competitive
interview process to provide services to a major redevelopment of Perth
Theatre. Architectural, engineering, cost consultant and related technical
consultancy services.

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: It is proposed that the design team will
provide full services at all pre- and post contract stages, to include
advice in respect of best practice issues such as procurement strategy,
sustainability, risk management, value management and life cycle costs.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 8 000 000 GBP.

SECTION VI: COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The selection of tenderers will be
undertaken per Articles 29-35 of Public Services Directive 92/50/EEC.
Persons wishing to apply should first obtain a pre-qualification
questionnaire from the address in I.1.3 above. Return of the questionnaire
fully completed to the address in I.1.3 above by the date/time specified
will be considered as an expression of interest. A tender board will be
formed, including representatives of Perth Theatre. Selection will be on
the basis of economically most advantageous tender taking into account
specific criteria set out in the invitation to tender. Award of the
contract will be contingent on confirmation of funding.
