To be received up to 10.00 AM and opened publicly as above schedule at 11.00 A.M. in Purchase Directorate, office of the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal), PEPCO, Sunny View, Kashmir Road Lahore,, are invited from Manufacturers/Authorized Dealers/Stockists (Registered/Un-Registered) to enter into a Rate Contract for. one year, for the supply of above mentioned material (Conforming to relevant Wapda specifications) to WAPDA/PEPCO Indenters/Consignees all over the Pakistan.
Tender Form costing Rs.500/- can be obtained from this office and office of the Chief Resident Representative, WAPDA, 39-C Block-6, P.E.C.11." Society Karachi up to above mentioned schedule. No tender form will be issued on the dale of opening. Registered/ un-registered firms should participate by furnishing Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal), PEPCO, Sunny View Lahore. Unregistered firms will apply for issuance of tender documents along with detailed proof of their being Manufacturers/Authorized Dealers/Stockists at least one week before the (laic of opening of lenders. All the bidders are also required to attach an attested copy of Registration Certificate of their being Manufacturers/Authorized Dealers/Stockists from the office of Collector, Collectorate of Sales Tax, Government of Pakistan, for obtaining of lender documents.
The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any offer(s) or part thereof without assigning any reason.
