1) Sealed Bids are accepted up to 10.00 a.m. on 16-07-2008 for the following Constructions by the Chairman Procurement Committee aforesaid Department located at premises bearing No. 163, Sangaraja Mawatha, Kandy and the Bids thus received will be opened at 10.30 a.m. on the same day.
2) Bidding Document could be obtained up to 3.00 p.m. on 14-07-2008 from Deputy Director (Engineering Services -Health Buildings) on production of the receipt issued by the Deputy Director (Finance) of the Department of Engineering Services, 230 / 3, S.W.R.D. Bandaranayake Mawatha Kandy on payment of the relevant form fees.
3) The Bid Security Bond should be submitted to Provincial Director of Health Service - Central Province, Issued by the Bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
4) Bidding Documents will be issued to the contractors who are registered for the following grades with ICTAD and Central Provincial Council, regarding building construction on inspection of the said registration
5) Duly perfected sealed Bidding documents could either be deposited in the Tender Box or sent under Registered Post addressed to Chairman of the Procurement Committee, Department of Health - Central Province, No. 163, Sangaraja Mawatha, Kandy.
6) Procurement committee reserves the right to select any bid received. The bidder or their authorized representative can be on the occasion of the Bid opening.
