Tenders are called by the Chairman, Procurement Committee of Western Provincial, Chief Secretary to purchase the following Grey Threads. Given hereunder required for the production at the Textile Industry Centres belonging to Department of Industries Western Province.
The prescribed Tender Document could be collected from 01.07.2008 to 18.07.2008 during working days of week from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on payment of a non-refundable Rs. 1000/= and refundable Rs. 1000/- at Department of Industries, Western Province located at New Provincial Council Building, No. 204, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Battaramulla.
Tenders enveloped and marked the caption to the effect "Tender for The Supply of Grey Threads" on the top left hand corner of the envelope containing the tenders and should either be sent under Registered Cover to reach Chairman Chief Secretary's (WP), Procurement Committee Chief Secretary's Office (WP) Shrawasthi Mandiraya, Colombo 07 or hand delivered into the Tender Box provided at the same address before 2.00 p.m. on 21.07.2008.
The Tenders received will be opened immediately after the closing time of the Tenders. The Tenderer or his authorized Representative can be present on the occasion of the Tenders being opened.
