Sealed tenders are invited from the firms who have their own Shops/ workshops and registered with sales tax department for supply and installation of CNG Kits in CBC Vehicles. Detail of vehicles are given as under: -
(1) Tender form can be obtained from the Office of Cantonment Board Clifton during Office hours from 8:30 am lo 12:00 noon on payment of Rs.500/- (Non-refundable) on or before 07-07-2008.
(2) Tender shall be accompanied by earnest money of Rs.20,000/- duly pledged in favour of Cantonment Executive Officer, Clifton Cantonment.
(3) The tenders shall be cast on 07-07-2008 which shall be opened on the same day at 02:30 p.m. in the presence of tenderers who may like to be present.
(4) The successful contractor/ bidder shall execute contract agreement within ten (10) days of the acceptance of his tender.
(5) Cantonment Board/ Cantonment Executive Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
