Construction/Reconstruction of Damage structure on various Road. 1) Excavation for foundation upto 1.5 mt depth including dewatering sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing of the excavated stuff up to 200 mt lead (A) loose or soft soil. 2) Providing and filling sand below R.C.C. raft in layers including, ramming and watering complete. 3) Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1-cement:5-Coarse sand :10 - machine crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in (A) Foundation and plinth. 4) Providing and casting in situ ordinary cement concert M 200 for wearing coat as directed including temping, vibrating, finishing, curing and filling in joints with bitumen complete. 5) Providing and laying M.S bars reinforcement for temperature reinforcement in C.C. Wearing course including cutting, bending and binding in position etc complete. 6) Providing and placing in position HYSD bars reinforcement including cutting, bending, hooking and tying etc. complete as per detailed drawing. 7) Providing and laying filter media 600 mm thick as directed at the back of abutment returns and wing walls as per detailed. 8) Providing and fixing cautionary board of M,S Plate 900mm x 600mm x 6 mm size as per standard IRC type design including fixing in C.C. 1:4:8 with necessary excavation, painting, figuring and lettering on board etc. complete. 9) Supply and fixing reinforced concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes with collars for culvert including setting and joining the pipes in C.M. 1:2 , watering and laying (to level or slope) of I.S. Class NP3 of 900 mm internal diameter. 10) Filling Round the pipe with sand including dressing, watering and consolidation etc. complete. 11) Providing and fixing precast flood gauge of 150mm x 100 mm size and 1.80 mt height including oil painting, lettering and fixing in C.C. 1:2:4 in head wall of Dip etc. complete. 12) Providing and laying weep holes in abutment and return by using A.C.pipe of 100mm diameter with laying in proper grade and joining complete as per detailed specification. 13) Providing pressure relief pipes 100 mm dia in bottom slab of box cell on a filter media base of 500mm x 500mm as per drawing. 14) Providing G.I.100 mm diameter water spouts including necessary iron gratings as per drawing. 15) Supplying and stacking of machine crushed stone aggregate chipping etc of hard stone of size 45 mm to 90 mm size free of disintegrated pieces, deleterious, and organic matter including royalties and filling measure boxes with all lead and lift etc. completed for road work. 16) Supplying and stacking murrum approved quality on road site including filling measure boxes etc. with all leads and lift etc. complete on site of work as per specification. 17) Spreading the stone aggregate for soling and W.B.M. including filling the interstices forming the road surface to required camber and gradient (1) 45 mm to 63 mm. 18) Spreading the binding materials on road crust filling the gaps in metal and leveling to camber and gradient as directed. 19) Rolling and consolidating of soling and W.B.M. including watering and filling the depression which occur during the process with power roller of 80 Kn to 100 Kn static weight. 20) Earthwork for embankment including breaking clods, dressing with all lead and lift including watering, rolling and consolidation of sub grade including filling the depression which occure during the process using power roller 80KN to 100 KN static weight from borrow area within land width. 21) Providing & laying rubble for apron (each stone weight not less than 40 Kg.) including packing & filling in the interstices with quarry spells. 22) Providing and fixing 20 cm x 15 cm x 2.50 cm thick year plate of marble stone set in C.M. 1:4 including finishing and engraving letters etc. complete.
