Conditions : 1) Tender form will be issued to eligible contractors/L/C Society on submission of DAC inrespect of earnest money in favour of undersigned. Earnest money in cash will not be accepted.2) The sale of tender forms will be closed at 3.00 P.M on 14.7.08. 3) Conditional/telegraphic tender will not be accepted.4) If the date of receipt of tender happens to be a holiday the tenders will be received/opened on the next working day.5) Labour and construction societies will be entitled to preferences as per Haryana Govt. Co-Op Deptt. Notification No.3587-C-7/04/14579 dated 16.4.04 or as amended up to date. 6) Tenders from L&C Co-operative Societies will be received up to and opened on at 2.30 P.M and thereafter, if required as per Co-op Deptt. Notification mentioned above tender forms from other contractors would be received up to and opened at 3.00 P.M on 16.7.08.
