The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquistion Office - SCRO, Grand Prairie, Texas plans to issue solicitation IFB-DUB-0002 for the upgrade to a fence alarm system consisting of approximately 6000 feet. The project consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor for the complete construction of the work located at the Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin, California.
