Certificat de înregistrare emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului, in copie.Pentru persoanele straine documentele care dovedesc o forma de inregistrare/atestare ori apartenenta din punct de vedere profesional.

Autorizatie pentru livrarea produselor.Lista principalelor livrari de produse similare in ultimii 3 ani insotite de minim 3(trei) contracte cu o valoare cumulata mai mare sau egala cu 20.000 euro, insotita de recomandari.Aprobare de model pentru contoarele oferite RO sau EU.ISO 9001 pentru firmele producatoare si furnizorii produselor.Agrement tehnic in vigoare insotit de aviz tehnic sau declaratie de la producator sau de la o alta institutie abilitata prin care se confirma ca contoarele respecta standardele in vigoare in acest domeniu-ISO 4064.Aviz sanitar in vigoare sau declaratie de la producator sau alta institutie abilitata pentru utilizare in apa potabila.Dotari tehnice, cond. obligatorie:detinerea unui stand de verificare omologat BRML sau organ similar UE a contoarelor sau contract de service cu o societate ce detine stand de verificare omologat BRML sau organ similar UE .Form. 12C si 12G.
