Ministry of Industries and Production, Pak Secretariat, A-Block, Islamabad invites sealed tenders for the supply of Office Stationery / Computer Stationery and for the repair of Two Photostat Machines (Sharp & Minolta) latest by 14th July, 2008 by 10.30 A.M from relevant firms located in Islamabad / Rawalpindi having good reputation of supply of Stationery Items and Repair and Maintenance of Photostat Machines. The list of required Stationery Items, details of the Photostat Machines and term & Condition can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours latest by 14th July,2008. Similarly, the Photostat Machines can also be inspected during office hours. Separate tenders for the supply of Stationery Items, Repair & Maintenance of Photo Stat Machines, alongwith following amounts of call deposit / security money in the shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft in the name of Section Officer (General), Ministry of Industries and Production, Islamabad should be sent:- 1) Stationary Items/ Computer Stationery, Rs. 75,000/-, 2) Repairing of Photo Stat Machines, Rs. 10,000/-.
All the sealed tenders will be opened in the Ministry in the presence of representatives of the participating firms on 14th July, 2008 at 11.00 A.M.
