NOTE: Transport Department, Haryana invites Sealed Tenders in two bid Systems for purchase of Automotive Batteries from original Equipment (OE) Suppliers having ASRTU/DGS&D Rate contract and capable of meeting the ASRTU Specifications, The Batteries will be procured over a period of the year for Meeting Replacement Demand of Haryana Roadways buses, The latest reports of CIRT Pune (less than one year) for Tendered Items duly Natarized, Credentials of Supplies to the various STUs and proof of O.E. Supplier to the principle Chassis Manufacturers i.e. M/s Tata Motors Ltd, & M/s Ashok Leyland Ltd, etc, for Supply of Similar quoted parts Should be enclosed Alongwith Tender, The Tenders be accompanied with Money of Rs.10,000/- for each group in the shape of Bank Draft payable to Transport Commissioner, Haryana payable at Chandigarh in the sealed envelope duly Superscribed as Tender for (Name of the Items to be Mentioned) to be opened on 15.07.2008 in the Name of Transport Commissioner, haryana, Chandigarh. The Offer Should be Valid for six Months Minimum and offered Rates Should be the Landed Rates with break up of basic Rates, excise duly sales tax and freight charges etc, failing which the tender will not be considered, The Landed rates should be firm for one year from the date of decision, The tenders received without earnest Money, without Natarized Documents, without confirmation of as O.E. firm and fixed landed Rates for a period of one year, will not be considered, The tenders should reach this Office before 14.00 Hours on 15.07.2008 and same will be opened on 15.07.2008 at 15.30 hrs, in the presence of Tenderers or their Authorized representatives who May desire to be present, Other information and details of items and terms and conditions can be obtained from this office on any working day, Transport Commissioner, Haryana reserves the right to accept/reject/split/schedule the Supplies to Different consigned without assigning any reason.
