The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). Sri Lanka invites sealed Bids for the supply of Hygiene Packs for the emergency response programme. The specific products solicited [per pack) are listed below.
Suppliers for the above equipment are encouraged to quote to for all or individual Lots and types of equipment for the required quantities. It is a mandatory requirement that prospective suppliers collect the specification documents from the address below. Only International suppliers may request the specification documents via the email address listed below. Any supplier who submits a quote without collecting the specification document will be considered as technically noncompliant and the offer will be rejected.
The specification documents will be made available for collection from 30th June - 09th July 2008 (both days inclusive) from 9.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. Colombo, Sri Lanka time at the address listed below. All offers must be clearly marked (RFQ/BAT/AMP/JAF/47437/02/05/33/2008, Lot No - 'Quoted for') on the top left corner of the envelope. The deadline for submission of the sealed quotations is 14th July 2008. 2.00 p.m. Colombo, Sri Lanka time and all quotations must be delivered to the address below. Only International Suppliers may submit quotations via email. All late offers will be rejected and returned to the supplier unopened.
Special Conditions: - 1) All offers by National / Sri Lankan Suppliers must be quoted excluding VAT, ex-Factory and in Sri Lnaka Rupees. The VAT component of the unit pricing of each type of equipment must be indicated separately.
