Note: Cross Flow Turbines : With casing(10mm MS sheet) Guide Vans, Nozzle, Driving V-Pulley & Sheave C-Type, bearing mounted on shaft(70~80)mm, Side plates10 mm thick, Runner blades (28~32) Nos; thickness(5~8) mm, Belts C-type i.e. packed complete set, nut bolts, anchors, and provided with hydraulic governor system facilities.
Alternator Generator : 3 Phase - 4 Wires and single phase (400/230) – 1500 RPM - 50Hz (5, 7, 7.5, 10, 12, 12.5, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50)KW with Generator foundation, reeling, anchors pulley & Nut bolts.
Penstock Pipe : 4mm.MS Sheet 10 feet length with diameter (6”, 8”, 10”, 12”, 15”, 18”, 20”) with Flanges 10 mm thick color , Bends, along with nuts bolts and rubber packing etc.
Gate Valve : Standard size (6.8,10,12,15,18,20 )inches diameter. Spindle brass or stainless steel with proper chuck nut of standard finished quality made brass with guide slides.
Panel Box : 14 SWG sheet of Size (2’x2.5’) with15-250 Amp, Breaker, Main Switches, Indicating Lights, Amp meter (10-100) and volt meter (500 volt).Hz meter ,with internal fittings.
Cable : Single core double sheathed PVC insulated. Aluminum & copper cable P.G connector & thimble 7/0.036, 7/0.044, 7/0.052, 7/0.064.
Sealed Tenders are invited by Pakistan Council of Renewable Energy Technologies (PCRET) for Supply of Electrical & Mechanical Components of 100 Micro Hydel Power Plants to be installed in earthquake effected areas of Districts. Nelum, Muzafarabad, Bagh, Poonch of AJK and Abbottabad, Manshera, Batagram and Kohistan, Balakot of NWFP. Interested Approved Government Contractors can send their bids.
Rates should be inclusive of all taxes. Quotation must be accompanied with tax registration certificate.
The construction should be on with material basis.
Rates (included transportation on the side of work) quoted will be applicable till the completion of the project 2008-09.
Each bidder will deposit a Demand Draft of Rs. 3,00,000/- in favor of PCRET Head Office Islamabad as earnest money.
Payment will be made on work done basis. Therefore payment schedule may be given by the bidder.
The Competent Authority reserved the rights to reject one or all the tenders without showing any reason.
Tenders should reach to the office of undersigned by 17-07-2008, before 13:00 hrs. The tender will be opened in the presence of the bidder/representative on the same day after 30 minutes of the closing time.
The bidder should submit their profile of works specially design/fabrication of Turbines after five (05) days of advertisement in Newspaper and The Bidder should bring their completion certificates from the concerned department.
The manufacturer should be responsible for the perfect operation of turbine at least for one year.
